At Big B’s Plumbing, we hired THE SEAL, a third-party verification company to complete background checks on all employees. They verify the contractor’s license and insurance. They even create employee badges once they’ve passed all checks. The process holds us accountable and adds another level of protection to our customers. Additionally, they complete a background check once a year as long as the technician is still employed, and they verify the company’s license and insurance. What we learned is that most crimes are committed six months after someone enters your home, and many criminals use their employment to find their next victim.
