In light of the coronavirus events, we are reaching out to let you know we have taken immediate precautionary measures to ensure the safety of your family and our technicians in and around your home as we will be keeping those protections in place anytime we are working in proximity to others whether inside or out. We have performed a detailed risk assessment and have implemented a trade-specific protection plan for our customers and employees.
We are enforcing these policies and procedures to protect customers and staff from the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID-19):
We have implemented individual control measures:
- If an employee is not feeling well, we have asked them to consult with their family physician and remain at home.
- Employees will wash their hands frequently with soap and water and use hand sanitizer before and after entering a home.
- We have asked technicians to refrain from shaking hands with our customers.
- Fresh shoe covers, masks, and protective gloves are worn inside your home.
- Technicians will keep a safe distance from anyone in the house.
- Disinfectant wipes used on truck steering wheels, door handles, tools, and surfaces inside the home that must be touched to complete the work.
- Customers are verbally screened upon scheduling and before dispatching.
- We maintain physical distancing guidelines.
- Personal protection equipment used when warranted.
