What’s included in the annual tune-ups?

The thorough annual tune-ups include:

Plumbing Inspection: Comprehensive check of pipes, drains, and water heater, including a free annual water heater flush.

Electrical Safety Check: Inspection of your electrical panel, outlets, and switches, plus testing of smoke detectors and circuit breakers.

Furnace & A/C Tune-Ups: Seasonal inspections for your heating and cooling systems to keep your home comfortable and efficient.

Sewer Camera Inspection: A thorough video inspection of your main sewer line to catch potential issues early.

Water Heater Flush: Manufacturer-recommended to prevent sediment buildup and maintain warranty coverage. Keeps your water heater running efficiently and extends its lifespan!

Can I use the membership at a different address?

Membership benefits apply to one residential address, but if you move, we can transfer your plan to your new home.
