“Can’t Write a Check” Warranty – Terms and Conditions Effective Date: 3/17/25
Thank you for choosing Big B’s Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air. Our “Can’t Write a Check” Warranty is designed to provide peace of mind and ensure the quality of work completed on your service order. Please read these terms carefully to understand what is covered and the requirements for maintaining your warranty.
1. Disclaimer of Local Compliance Responsibility
This warranty applies exclusively to the specific tasks and repairs listed on the work order associated with this service. No additional parts, systems, or unrelated issues will be covered under this warranty. If a problem arises that is outside the scope of the original work completed, it will not be covered under this agreement.
2. Service Membership Requirement
To maintain warranty coverage, a Service Membership must be purchased and maintained for the entire duration of the warranty period. The membership must be valid for the same number of years as the warranty term.
This requirement ensures that we have access to your home for any necessary evaluations of a potential warranty claim without incurring an additional service charge. Failure to maintain an active Service Membership will result in the immediate voiding of this warranty and may require additional fees for inspection or diagnosis.
3. Warranty Claim Process
If an issue arises that you believe is covered under this warranty:
- Contact our service team to schedule an evaluation.
- Our team will assess the issue to determine if it falls within the scope of the covered repairs.
- If covered, we will perform the necessary work at no cost to you.
- If the issue is outside the original scope of work, additional service charges may apply.

- Any part, system, or component not explicitly covered on the original work order. ● Any loss, injury, or inconvenience due to delays in obtaining parts or scheduling service.

Big B’s Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air provides this warranty as a general service agreement; however, it is the responsibility of the client to ensure that this warranty aligns with the laws, regulations, and requirements of their local jurisdiction. Big B’s Plumbing, Electric, Heating & Air is not liable for any conflicts, non-compliance issues, or legal interpretations that may arise in the client’s area of service. It is recommended that clients consult legal professionals or local regulatory bodies for guidance on warranty applicability in their location.
