Big B’s Family Plan Membership Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Big B’s Family Plan. By enrolling, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Membership Overview and Renewal

• Automatic Renewal: Memberships renew each month unless canceled.
• Termination for Non-payment: Memberships may be terminated after two consecutive months of non-payment.
• Updates: Members must promptly notify Big B’s of any changes to their name, billing or service address, email, phone number, or payment information.

Membership Benefits

• Priority Service: Members receive prioritized scheduling for service calls.
• 10% Discount: Members receive a 10% discount on all services, up to a $500 discount per service.
• No Dispatch Fee: Members are exempt from dispatch fees for one designated residence associated with the membership file. (Does not apply to after-hours fees.)
• Family Savings Plan: Membership payments contribute as credits toward major services at the designated residence.
  • Major Replacements: Credits can be applied to services with invoices exceeding $10,000.
  • Plan Limits Per Service: A maximum of $1,000 in credits can be applied to any single service. Remaining credits will stay in your account for future use.
  • Terms: Credits are non-transferable and expire only upon membership cancellation or termination.
• $49 Drain Special: Members enjoy special pricing on drain clearing services.
  • Conditions: Limitations may apply, including:
    • Exposed, exterior, ground-floor cleanout access required.
    • Limited to residential properties and does not include external rainwater or landscaping drains.
    • The service aims to restore flow but does not include extensive drain cleaning or scouring.

Annual Tune-Ups and Inspections

Members qualify for one free tune-up per year for each system: furnace, A/C, plumbing, and electrical.

• Furnace Tune-Up:
  Includes combustion testing, filter and ductwork inspection, airflow measurement, thermostat testing, heat exchanger inspection, and connection tightening. Manufacturer inspections also completed. (Filters not included.)
• A/C Tune-Up:
  Includes condensing coil rinsing, refrigerant level check, airflow measurement, connection tightening, and thermostat testing. Manufacturer inspections also completed. (Filters not included.)
• Plumbing Tune-Up:
  Comprehensive whole-home plumbing safety inspection, including exposed pipes, water connections, and water pressure; includes a water heater flush and gas line check. (Tankless water heater flushes incur an additional $25 charge.)
• Electrical Tune-Up:
  Includes electrical panel safety check, thermal check on breakers, and—where accessible—smoke detector testing and battery replacement, ceiling fan check, and bulb testing. (16-foot ceiling height limit.)
• Annual Sewer Camera Inspection:
  Includes video inspection of main sewer and secondary lines (where cleanouts are available), evaluation of drain conditions and patterns, crawl-space inspection of drains for raised foundations, and ABS piping check for homes built before 1985.

General Membership Terms

• Single Residence Eligibility:
  Benefits, including service discounts and inspections, apply to one residential address only, as specified in your membership file. If you relocate, benefits may be transferred to your new residence (must be within our service area).
• Non-transferability:
  Membership benefits are not for resale, nor redeemable for cash or other exchanges.
• Forfeiture of Benefits:
  Membership benefits, including unused discounts or credits, do not carry over if not utilized during active membership.
• Limitations:
  Discounts may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts, including gift cards, coupons, or other promotional items or specials.

Termination and Reimbursement Clause

• Termination Policy:
  Clients may terminate their membership at any time by notifying Big B’s via phone or in writing. Termination of membership also results in forfeiture of any accumulated Family Savings Plan credits.

Additional Legal Terms

• Entire Agreement:
  This Membership Agreement supersedes any prior agreements and representations, oral or written.
• Privacy Policy:
  Information provided as part of your membership will be used per our Privacy Policy, available at BigBHomePro.com/privacy-policy.
• Right to Modify:
  Big B’s reserves the right to change membership terms, benefits, and pricing as needed to reflect updates or changes in service structure. Members will be notified of any significant changes in advance, and any continued use of the membership after modifications signifies acceptance of the updated terms.
